1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Azora: Dream & Insights. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Azora mobile application (the "App") provided by PL-CON LTD ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Azora is a mobile application that provides tools for dream interpretation, journaling, compatibility analysis, tarot readings, and personalized insights. The App is designed for entertainment and educational purposes to support self-reflection and personal exploration.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Account

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription, which may be offered on a weekly or yearly basis.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms and conditions.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. Generally, refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service. For more information, see our Refund Policy.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the App, including dream journal entries. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content to provide the service.

You are responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by PL-CON LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Azora is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. The App is NOT intended to provide:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Psychological or mental health services
  • Professional counseling or therapy
  • Accurate predictions or guarantees about the future

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider or mental health professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PL-CON LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of the App
  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the App
  • Any errors or omissions in content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PL-CON LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

16. Dispute Resolution

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PL-CON LTD regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
